Shipping & Dispatch

• Orders are typically dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.
  
  
• Items fulfilled from our retail store inventory may require additional processing time.
  
  
• Shipping operations may be paused during peak seasons, such as the New Year holidays and Golden Week (a series of Japanese national holidays from late April to early May).
  
  

Shipping Rates

• Flat-rate shipping of ¥880 (tax included) nationwide within Japan.
  
  
• Free nationwide shipping on orders totaling ¥11,000 (tax included) or more.
  
  

Important Ordering Notes

• Preferred delivery dates or time slots may not be accommodated during sale periods or peak seasons.
  
  
• If an item in your order is out of stock, we will contact you directly to resolve the issue.
  
  
• Stock is shared between our retail store and online store, so items may occasionally become unavailable depending on order timing. In such cases, we will contact you directly.
  
  

Receipt Issuance

• Receipts can be downloaded from your order history in "My Page" once payment is completed. Select the relevant order number and click "View Receipt" at the bottom of the page.
  
  
• Handwritten receipts and reissued receipts are not available.
