  • Note: Stock is shared with our retail store, so placing an order does not guarantee inventory reservation. The purchase contract is officially established when the "Shipping Confirmation Email" is sent. If an order cannot be fulfilled due to inventory shortages, any paid amount will be refunded promptly.
    
    

• Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations for Customer Convenience
  
  
  We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to customer preference (e.g., wrong size, change of mind, or accidental orders). This policy also applies to sale items. Orders cannot be canceled after placement, as inventory reservation and shipment preparation begin immediately.
  
  
• Defective or Incorrect Items
  
  
  All items are inspected prior to shipping. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 8 days of delivery. We will issue a replacement for the same item. If a replacement is out of stock, a full refund will be provided. Return shipping fees in these cases will be covered by us.

  Refunds are issued via the original payment method. Credit card refund processing depends on your card issuer's billing cycle. Mobile and QR payment refunds follow the rules of the respective payment providers.
  
  
• Important Terms
  
  
  • Minor scratches, stains, or dents on outer packaging (boxes, bags, cases) do not constitute product defects. Imported items may sustain packaging wear during transit or supplier storage.
    
    
  • Exchanges and returns apply strictly to unused items. Items with detached tags will not be treated as unused.
    
    
  • All original accessories, inclusions, and invoices must be returned in their original delivered condition.
    
    
  • Returns sent without prior notification may not be accepted.
    
    
  • These terms do not restrict your statutory legal consumer rights.

• Receipt Issuance: Receipts can be downloaded from your order history in "My Page" once payment is complete. Select the relevant order number and click "View Receipt" at the bottom of the page. Reissued or handwritten receipts are not available.
  
  
• Product Characteristics: Minor variations may occur between individual products. Size charts are measured flat; deviations of 1–2 cm are within standard tolerance.
  
  
• Product Images: Colors may vary slightly from actual items depending on your viewing device and screen settings.
  
  
• Novelties: Novelty stickers (when included) are packed alongside clothing items and may bend slightly during transit.
